Initiatives: Critical thinking and leadership

This year's series will focus on critical thinking and leadership. Students will explore and witness firsthand how, in today’s world, critical thinking is an essential skill that is needed to succeed in any career. Students will participate in activities such as Pathfinder Days, Creative Arts Day, and participate in our new addition,  "Adulting 101" days, which will cover a range of topics, including public speaking, negotiation, and cooking skills. These initiatives are designed to equip students on their journey to becoming exceptional leaders.

To commemorate National Manufacturing Month, students will have the chance to tour one of Fontana's leading manufacturing facilities, James Hardie. This visit will provide them with insights into available career opportunities and the essential skills required to pursue a career in manufacturing.
